About oakwood

Oakwood Roofing started off as a small family business with only 2 people and a subcontractor. In 1977, door knocking was the way to get your name out there, and so that is what the owner; Harry, did. 

It all started with residential homes and quickly grew into roofing and metal on commercial buildings. Growth is always a challenge. For Harry, it was never viewed as a challenge, but an opportunity. As word-to-mouth spread, growth came and the only option was to hire more people to complete the work.  

Since day one, the two rules were no project is too big nor too small and to treat everyone like family; and almost 50 years later, that is still what we live by day-to-day.
